Accounting in Europe (AiE) is planning a special issue under the title:

The challenging task of developing European Public Sector Accounting Standards

The guest editors are Josette Caruana, Eugenio Caperchione and Susana Jorge.

Authors should submit their papers by 31st March 2018 to Accounting in Europe
(http://www.tandfonline.com/action/authorSubmission?journalCode=raie20&page=instructions) according to the journal guidelines.

The co-editors of the book "Financial Sustainability of Public Sector Entities: The Relevance of Accounting Frameworks" Josette Caruana, Isabel Brusca, Eugenio Caperchione, Sandra Cohen, Francesca Manes Rossi have announced a call for chapters.

Chapter proposals (of between 800 and 1,200 words, including references) are expected by 1st October 2017.

The book is part of the Palgrave Macmillan book series Public Sector Financial Management

We would like to draw your attention to the annual conference of Permanent Study Group XII Public Sector Financial Management of EGPA that will take place at the Politecnico di Milano – School of Management (Bovisa Campus) from 30th August to 1st September 2017.

The theme of the Workshop is "The contribution of public financial managemet in sustainable public administration".

The deadline for abstract submissions is the 10th April 2017.

The editorial board of Revista de Contabilidad -Spanish Accounting Review (RC-SAR) invites authors to publish their articles and research results on relevant topics related to accounting with a multidisciplinary perspective, which may be in a national, international or organizational context.
